DEVELOPING TRAINING MODELS...
Many organisations have existing training models based around their own needs but they struggle to find a method to deliver these models in an innovative manner. Too many times, otherwise interesting topics are reduced to death-by-powerpoint classroom sessions. Totem specialises in working with other training providers to create tools and activities that they can use to deliver their curriculum away from the classroom.
