We develop people using outdoors based courses, with a mix of taught theory and 'learning by doing' (experiential) challenges. This allows the academic learning to be reinforced by practical examples of working as a team under exciting conditions.

Depending on the location, typical challenges will include the construction of an improvised raft, rock climbing, navigation exercises. Carefully selected to illustrate the learning points made on the course, the challenges will be contained within one of our innovative 'themes', turning the whole course into a project to be tackled as team.

Our skins include being members of the team to launch a solid fuel rocket, a treasure hunt for smuggler's treasure, the hunting for a missing person or raising the team flag on the top of a mountain.
